Just realized my blog has been inactive for quite sometime now... eversince I got addicted to facebook :) I find facebook is interactive, user friendly and pictures uploads are fast. Furthermore, writing for me is a difficult part. I will let the pictures do the talking instead.

When Hil and Leny told me they intend to do their post-wedding photo at Melaka, I was totally fascinated. It was one of my personal favorite place in Malaysia. We love it because its authentic (Beautiful word I learnt from Leny), good food everywhere, culturally well preserved.

K and I reached KL a day before they arrived. We were arranged to stay at Hotel Nikko, Kuala Lumpur. 5 star quality room and terrific breakfast. Anyway.... we went straight to Melaka on the next day.

The journey were long and tiring, but the couple are dynamic as usual. K did a good job for grooming their images. Everywhere we go, people looking at us. There was a stranger asking if we were doing a movie. Thats was funny but indeed a great experience.

Our theme is WWII.... headache lar :) Hope you guys like it.

Back in the days when I first started photography... it used to be uncommon for photographer to capture pics during make up session. Bride's family would normally ask you to go away and they said they look aweful during preparation. And I need to explain to them it's not what they think it is.

Thanks to Danny, the brother of the groom for recommending me to cover this wonderful event. And he just bought a Canon 50D DSLR a day before the Davis wedding. I can tell he is addicted to photography for now... click here.. click there... haa!

I have known Wei Kong for more than 10 yrs now and he was my batchmates back in college. Though we are not the closest friend, it was certainly my pleasure to record the memories of his wedding.

They had their tea ceremony last year and last Sat they finally held their reception. It was a fun night with great entertainment and full of laugthers.

I am sure most of you are wondering what happened to my trip to Germany. There are just too many photos to view and sort. My wife and me were there for almost a week. We spent 3 days at Marburg, 2 days at Berlin and 2 days at Frankfurt. Winter in Germany is not as cold as I expected. Temperature lies around 1 to 6 degree Celsius. Anyway, the trip was fruitful, we met lots of amazing people along the way.

I've randomly picked some photos for Stefan and Naiza wedding day. I will break it down in few posts.

OMG!!!! I can't believe my sister is getting married soon!!!!!!!!!!! We are so proud for you.

They had their traditional engagement ceremony in Brunei (I have never seen before) Will post pictures of ceremony in later post.

Shawn told me he would like to have some memories of Brunei before they flew back to Taiwan. We had plans to go Kg. Ayer, SOAS Mosque and Empire Hotel. Due to limited time, we only managed to go Empire Hotel for some quick snaps.

The lifestyle session is really fast. We finish within an hour.

I promised him we will get more photos during their wedding on this December. Cheers Bro!!!

It was truly amazing experience when I met Naiza and Stefan through email. They both are based in Australia. Their wedding is one of the kind. Akad Nikah in Australia, Chinese Reception in Brunei and Church ceremony in Germany. 3 different wedding theme for them.

I was given an opportunity to cover 3 of their ceremony. Unfortunately the Akad Nikah falls on 08.08.08 in Australia, myself and all my associates are fully booked. Anyway.. I am still able to cover their function in Brunei and Germany.

The coming Germany trip will be my first travel wedding.. My wife and I are very excited about the trip... I really appreciate Stefan and Naiza for flying us over to Germany. We can't wait for your wedding and lifestyle session.

One of our value added service include personal consultation, which help you to plan your wedding more successfully. We also provide slideshow during your reception. Couples can have a first preview of their wedding moments to share with their families and friends.

Our albums comes in different sizes and top quality. Our manufacturers are from Singapore and Malaysia. Each album is printed and bind overseas and courier back to Brunei.

In order to create wedding albums that are unique. We spent time looking through each and every photos and select the best for the album. Our story layout is very modern and lighthearted. All the designs are finalised and approved by the couples before we sent for printing.

We are the cheapest among other countries.
In Singapore, the WPJA photographer can charge up to SGD$5k to $8k for a wedding day.
In USA, US $10k and above.
In Australia, AUS$5k and above

In Brunei, depending on the packages, our rate is only BND$1,388 to $3k max for a days work. And I believe that is very affordable for a quality work and album.

10) Afterall, every couple deserve the best for themselves. We are only committed to customer who appreciate our work.

This is the first time I shot church wedding in Seria. This struture is really old (cos no air con) but can accomodate a lot of people (1000 I heard) correct me if I am wrong. Still maybe the biggest church I seen so far. I like the nostagic touch of the elements.. statues, staircase, interior. I am sure this church would make a great spot for outdoor wedding portrait.

I think the priest is not happy with me again. Almost all church I go, I am always warned not to step on the altar. As a official photographer, I have to capture moments for the bride and groom. But for the church, I am being a nuisance.
